Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
3 days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.) and up to 5 days for remote areas.

What are the shipping charges?
Flat rate of Rs. 210 nationwide, regardless of your location.

Do you ship to my city/area?
Yes! We deliver across all of Pakistan through our trusted partners Leopard Courier and TCS.

How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track it on the courier's website.

What if I'm not available when the courier arrives?
The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You can also coordinate with them directly using the contact number they'll provide.

What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp.

How do I return a product?
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 303 9649184 with a photo of the product and reason for return. We'll arrange courier pickup from your location.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No, we arrange and cover the courier pickup for approved returns.
